We truly hope you love your Boutique Minimaliste pieces, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’ve made returning your order simple.

Please read the following carefully to understand how to return your items and process your refund.

What can I return?

We gladly accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. However, please note the following conditions:

  1. can be returned only if they are unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  2. are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  3. are final sale and cannot be returned because of their fragile nature.
  4. cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty, as these pieces are specially made just for you.

What can I return? We’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. Please note that we are only able to accept returns on full priced items if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging and tags.

Earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. Vintage pieces are final sale and non-returnable due to its fragility.

We also can’t accept returns on custom lengths items - unless they were received faulty - as we’ve customized these pieces especially for you.

How to return?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the date of delivery for store credit, exchange for another item of equal or greater value, or refund. Item(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in their original packaging. Please mail item back via a traceable carrier with the appropriate padding. We will need a tracking number to ensure product was sent for delivery back to our studio. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Why we don't offer free returns?

Please include a printed copy of the Order Confirmation Email with your package. Returns must be authorized by a store manager and must be accompanied by an invoice number and the reason for the return. We do not accept any exchanges/returns without the proper steps being followed. Any and all packages received without the proper notification will be returned to sender.

You are entitled to return items, within 14 days of the date of delivery and receive a full refund (excludes any postage / shipping charges). It is VERY important that you give us your tracking number on the return platform and NOT by email.

We receive hundreds of daily emails and we might not find your tracking number. If you add it to the system it will be much easier for you to prove to us the shipment and for us to refund you.

If you are approved, and have followed every step, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, PayPal account, or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that card refunds can take up to 14 days to appear on your statement due to varying processing times between card issuers. We are not responsible for shipping charges on returns. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. Please note shipping costs are not refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@sylanora.com.
