Our jewelry is predominantly crafted from stainless steel, a metal known for its durability, corrosion resistance, and eco-friendly nature. Stainless steel is 100% recyclable, requires less energy to produce, and stands resilient through daily wear, making it the most environmentally responsible choice in the jewelry world. Alongside this, we proudly incorporate vintage materials sourced globally, giving unique history-filled pieces a new life and promoting a circular economy. Each vintage piece carries its own distinct charm, offering individuality beyond mass-produced jewelry.

We are equally committed to minimizing waste through our eco-friendly packaging. Orders arrive in FSC-certified recyclable cardboard shipping boxes, accompanied by elegant black cardboard or 100% recycled plastic gift boxes. Each piece is wrapped in chemical-free, anti-tarnish tissue and nestled inside satin pouches designed for reuse in storage and travel. This packaging approach ensures maximum reusability while reducing environmental impact.

To further reduce our footprint, we ship orders once weekly in bulk rather than offering express deliveries, and we do not provide free returns, acknowledging the environmental cost of return logistics. We encourage our customers to carefully review all product details before purchase; however, returns and exchanges remain available through Sylannora Customer Service for any assistance needed.

Our internal operations also reflect our eco-conscious values, from using low-energy lighting and unplugging unused equipment to choosing recycled office supplies and promoting reusable bottles and mugs — sustainability is embedded in the Sylannora experience.

Each piece of jewelry is handmade in limited batches in Portugal, ensuring both uniqueness and quality. We use only enduring materials crafted to last and be cherished over time.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, stainless steel pieces are safe for water, lotions, and daily wear and can be cleaned easily with warm water and mild soap. Our gold-plated stainless steel retains its rich finish even with everyday use. For delicate items such as pearls, rhinestones, and gemstones, we advise avoiding exposure to perfumes, oils, water, makeup, and harsh chemicals. These should be removed before swimming, sleeping, or exercising and stored separately in pouches or boxes. Pearls should be stored flat, not hung, and wearing them often helps maintain their natural luster thanks to the oils in your skin. Sterling silver pieces benefit from storage in cool, dry places and limited water exposure to slow oxidation; frequent wear also preserves their natural shine. Gold and silver plated metals may tarnish naturally over time and should be stored individually in dry conditions, avoiding lotions, water, and chemicals.

Our metals include durable, recyclable stainless steel; vintage materials with one-of-a-kind character; solid sterling silver that develops a beautiful patina; gold or silver plating with anti-tarnish coatings; and sterling silver plating on brass, also layered for protection.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact Sylannora Customer Service immediately. Additionally, we offer replacement earring backs for $10, covering shipping and handling, to keep your jewelry complete and ready to wear.
